INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups self-raising flour (sieved)
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
METHOD
1 In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk & vanilla extract using a wire whisk.
2 Add flour, salt, & sugar and mix thoroughly.
3 Heat pan over medium heat until relatively hot. Grease pan with a thin layer of butter and pour in batter. Cook until brown on each side.
4 Wipe off residue using kitchen towel and grease pan with butter before pouring in batter again.

NOTE
- You can substitute milk with water
- To get evenly browned pancakes, always use medium heat to heat pan. If heat is too high, pancakes will brown unevenly.
